My battery had died, and as a AAA provider, Blue Gray arrived promptly in far less than the maximum time quoted. The driver was very nice, polite, professional, and efficient. He got my car started, but then also offered to check the battery. The checking revealed it needed replacing, so he also did that, since he had an appropriate one on the truck. I was extremely pleased with the service.
